The following page are some of the most common questions that we receive. I hope this page helps you and if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Q: I have no water pressure and the water is spraying in many different directions out the end of my pressure washer wand.

A: This is a very common issue that owner/operators have. This is caused by debris getting caught inside of the spray tip. To address this issue; simply remove the pressure washer spray tip and clean it out. Once Spray tip is clean you can place back on to the wand.

Q: I have 220 Volt power and I am looking for a pressure washer.

A: 220 Volt is a very generic term. Here at Advanced Cleaning Equipment, Inc. we want to make sure that we know exactly how many volts and phase your incoming power is. It will either be 208 Volt or 230 Volt in this situation.

Q: Is PSI (Pounds per Square Inch) better than GPM (Gallons per Minute)?

A: This is a common myth that we see. The equation should be reversed because yes pressure is good but the higher the amount or volume of water is the real key to cleaning.
