How to Cancel my Order?

  • If you would like to cancel an existing order, please e-mail sales@advancedequip.com or call (800) 251-9699
  • Please provide your order number and name(s) on order, and a brief description of the order.
  • If an order has shipped prior to cancelling, please refuse the delivery by FedEx (not valid for freight)
  • *Restocking and/or other fees may apply

How do I Return an Order?

  • If you need to return an item, please email sales@advancedequip.com or call (800) 251-9699
  • Returns valid on unopened and/or unused items
  • If the item was damaged during shipping or a wrong item was shipped, a free return label will be provided
  • If the item is no longer wanted and/or needed, the customer is responsible for return shipment (fees may be included)
  • Returns accepted up to 30 days upon receiving the item
  • Non-returnable items: Detergents, Batteries, Chargers, and Sealants/Tapes (Contact us if you have any questions)

How to Get Updates on my Order?

  • Most items ship within 3-5 business days (if in stock)
  • If an item is out-of-stock in our warehouse; drop shipment from the manufacturer may take longer
