- If an order has shipped prior to cancelling, please refuse the delivery by FedEx (not valid for freight)

- Returns valid on unopened and/or unused items
- If the item was damaged during shipping or a wrong item was shipped, a free return label will be provided
- If the item is no longer wanted and/or needed, the customer is responsible for return shipment (fees may be included)
- Returns accepted up to 30 days upon receiving the item
